Atletico Madrid’s Joao Felix has emerged as the winner of Gamers without borders’ FIFA 20 charity competition after defeating Andre Silva in the finals.
The 20-year-old will now donate his US$ 75,000 to UNICEF as part of the organizers’ fight against COVID-19.
The Gamers without borders FIFA 20 charity competition had other top players such as Liverpool’s Arnold, Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele Alli, Juventus’ Paulo Dybala, Atletico Madrid’s, Andre Silva and renowned English musician Liam Payne participating but it was Joao Felix who came out on top.
The player announced his victory on his official Twitter handle and also confirmed that he will be donating the amount to UNICEF.
